What the app does

Lookalikely checks your store name on 18 other domain endings and shows what it finds. Once a copy is proven, it gives you the proof and a report for each place that can act.

How to read results

• Proven: the page carries your store's own id.
• Possible: the page exists but has not shown your store id.
• Looks like your store: similar name or content, noted so you can judge it.

Turn on storefront watch

Open the app and choose "Turn on storefront watch". Shopify asks you to approve the extra access. It is optional, and the app works without it.

File a report

Open a proven copy and choose Report. Each place that can act (the registrar, the host, Shopify, browser warning lists) has its own ready report with the proof attached.

What it does not do

• It does not remove a copy or promise that one is taken down.
• It does not read customer, order or product data.
• It does not check every possible domain, only the endings listed in the app.
